The property inspector for sonos actions had some miss-aligned styles

This pr updates the styles to address various stylistic issues

fixed placement of info icon, now it is in the correct column
fixed vertical height of labels, instead of being floated top, they are now center aligned
fixed label column width so it is aligned with the top "Title" input

Styles are untested on windows machines as I don't have a way to test this, everything looks good on MacOS though
