For

remove ckanext-harvest dependency. Otherwise the dataset_purge will look for non-existent harvest_object table and gives error.

  • use updated ckanext-datagovtheme
  • use updated ckanext-geodatagov
  • use updated ckanext-datagovcatalog
  • remove harvest related code
