This adds a column that shows estimated iRating change if you place in the given position. It uses qwhex/multi_elo and determines the best parameter to use by running scipy.optimize.minimize on outcomes of recent race events (uses minimum mean-squared error for parameter estimation)
This change submodules jeysonmc/ir_webstats and kutu/pyirsdk directly and removes local copies of files from those repos
I've requested the "fixes" that were local to this repo to be integrated upstream: jeysonmc/ir_webstats#7
