We (GAD-2 IWD Web) have implemented the create_request, process_request and approve/reject_request use cases. The Engineer can create new requests and one of the other Engineers themselves will process the request first. Then the request will be forwarded to dean for his approval. The dean has to process the request and then the request will be forwarded to the director where the director can either approve or reject the request.
