update readme

this updates the readme for @fujocoded/authproto so it's approachable and cuts out fat as needed

some things to consider:

• mayhaps pulling someone in for making a simple example sites for logging in and out?
• asking others to document the examples already included?

edit: i think the readme's i did for the authproto integration might need some tightening up and some visual flairs
