…ommits The ClaydeCode account already marks authorship on PRs and commits, so a "Generated with Claude Code" line or claude.ai session link is redundant noise on our public repos. Codify it in phase 05 so a run cannot re-inject one from a session's attribution config.

The add-app skill's PR template never carried an attribution footer, but a run can still inject a "Generated with Claude Code" line and a
claude.aisession link from a session's attribution config (this happened on #73, on a public repo). Phase 05 now explicitly forbids any AI-authorship footer on PR bodies and anyCo-Authored-By/Claude-Sessiontrailer on commits: the ClaydeCode author line already marks authorship.Docs-only change to
