The add-app skill's PR template never carried an attribution footer, but a run can still inject a "Generated with Claude Code" line and a claude.ai session link from a session's attribution config (this happened on #73, on a public repo). Phase 05 now explicitly forbids any AI-authorship footer on PR bodies and any Co-Authored-By/Claude-Session trailer on commits: the ClaydeCode author line already marks authorship.

Docs-only change to .claude/skills/add-app/phases/05-pr.md.

…ommits

The ClaydeCode account already marks authorship on PRs and commits, so a
"Generated with Claude Code" line or claude.ai session link is redundant
noise on our public repos. Codify it in phase 05 so a run cannot re-inject
one from a session's attribution config.
