  1. Add a script to extract siglip from Llava CKPT in transformer format.
  2. Add a script to convert qwen7b CKPT in transformer format to CKPT in mcore format.
  3. Add a script to convert transformer format llava_qwen7b CKPT to mcore format CKPT.
  4. Add a script to convert mcore format llava_qwen7b CKPT to transformer format CKPT.
