Post-release docs for v0.12.25: README gains the Anvil (Smart Loops) flagship section (placed beside Crucible, facts checked against anvil/tool.rs, wcore-config/src/anvil.rs, docs/advanced.md), nav + Documentation table touched surgically; CHANGELOG 0.12.25 entry gains a curated highlights block above the auto-generated sections (all generated lines intact).
