First release! :)

This is the first release of pepp, the "Praktische Ersti Programmplanung". A software to manage the preliminary course at our University. We still have a bit of work to do, but at the current state is worth a release!

I am very glad we have come this far. Special thanks to @Plebysnacc and @calvalre, without you this would not have been possible.
