PROJECT: SALES INSIGHT OF COMPUTER HARDWARE MANUFACTURING COMPANY USING POWER BI
Introduction: A Computer hardware & Peripheral manufacturer company XYZ which supplies their product to their client all over across India. They have a lot of regional offices throughout India. The sales director of the company is facing lot of challenges in terms of tracking the sales in dynamically growing market and having issue with the insight of the business.
Purpose: To unlock sales insight that are not visible before for sales team for decision support and automate them to reduce manual time spent in data gathering.
Process: In order to proceed we need to follow the steps of Data Analysis: ask, prepare, process, analyze, share, and act
Ask-> Need to standardize the questions and our goal in order to proceed first.
Prepare-> Collecting all the company data and verifying their level of authenticity
Process-> Performed ETL in order to combine large set of data and clean them and applying some customized column so that we can get better understanding of the sales using various KPI
Analyze-> Making Dashboard using Power BI to see the various aspects of the data and to get the product and sales trend
Share and Act-> Sharing our Dashboard with all the stakeholder to get the feedback and making our visual more effective so that our visuals help the company to take the data driven decisions.
End Result: An automated dashboard providing quick & latest sales insight in order to support data driven decision making.
