Pr-size-tagger

This is the 1.0 version of the pr-size-tagger bot !

This bot, realized with protobot, aims to help the PR management within your project by automatically adding tags corresponding to the size of your Pull Requests.
The bot is fully customizable through its JSON file: May it be either by changing the thresholds for the different sizes, the way a PR has its size determined, or simply if the bot should leave a comment when adding a tag or not.

This bot will not consider draft PRs.
