Add file and directory browser dialogs

Introduced AskOpenFile and AskDirectory methods to MyApp for file and directory selection dialogs. Added new widgets and behaviors for menus, splitters, row lists, and improved input handling. Enhanced Label and FlatToggleButton with hover highlight support, refactored Boxit to use BoxLayoutB, and made various improvements to widget composition and event management.
