- John will move the non-binary letter task up on his list
- Alexa finished her review, but had email issues sending out the document. She will send it to John again, supporting his task.
- Mack discussed ELSP with some of the CEDAR panelists. Melissa, from the Atmospheric sciences, is interested in the effort. It may be worth expanding to the atmospheric sciences in the future.
- Angeline completed a draft of the training materials and presented them. John and Mack provided feedback on the contents, wording, and style. Angeline will submit the slides for Pub Release and upload them to the director resources. Once cleared, we can arrange our first training session and then open up to letter submissions.
- Mack has conflicts that necessitate moving future meeting times to a half hour earlier.
- John sent out the link for the next meeting.
- Angeline - write up minutes, provide GitHub support, clear and upload training resources, add to Letter article, and review PRs when tagged.
- Alexa - Add to Letter article, send bad non-binary letter to John, and review PRs when tagged.
- Kate - Add comments to good non-binary letter, add to Letter article, and review PRs when tagged.
- Mack - Add to Letter article, and review PRs when tagged.
- John - Combine comments from bad non-binary letter, add to Letter article, create host link for the next meeting, and review PRs when tagged.
- Mel - Address outstanding issues.
