Updated convert.py to accept the .bin file path as a command-line argument and automatically create an out folder in the script's directory for saving output images
Shell script that automates the conversion of `.bin` files to videos. It runs the convert.py script and automatically runs ffmpeg to stitch the frames. Accepts the .bin file path and desired output framerate as arguments. Example: ./convert.sh file.bin 5.
