Hello! I'm Aymen Rasheed, a second year student at Coventry University, aspiring to become a software engineer. I'm a computer science enthusiast with a passion for coding and problem-solving. I have worked with the following languages: Python, C++, Dart, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Visual Basic, and C#.
I am currently seeking a placement year opportunity in software development to apply my skills and gain practical experience. I am eager to contribute to innovative solutions while furthering my understanding of software engineering principles.
1. Rubik's Cube Simulator (Unity)
This project is a Rubik's Cube simulator developed using Unity. It allows users to simulate and solve Rubik's Cubes virtually.
The Django CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) application is a web-based application developed using the Django framework. It enables users to perform CRUD operations on a database, providing a seamless user experience.
3. Smart Home Application (Flask & MQTT)
The Smart Home application is built using Flask and MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) protocol. It enables users to control and monitor their smart home devices remotely, offering convenience and automation.

4. GeoLearning (Angular & NodeJs)
The GeoLearning application is a web-based application developed using MEAN, a full-stack JavaScript framework (MongoDb, Express, Angular, NodeJs). This website allows users to perform CRUD operations. It allows users to add different countries and learn more about each of them, take notes, update and review them.

5. MyBookTrail (Springboot Java)
The MyBookTrail application is a web-based application developed using Springboot Java. It allows users to perform CRUD operations, however personalized to be your own personal library, where you can store the books the user has read and rate them to keep track of their favourite books.

6. Memo (Flutter & Django)
The Memo application is developed using Flutter for the frontend and Django for the backend. This applications lets users add notes and the user has the possibility to save their note locally only or also save it to the backend server.

This project demonstrates my skills in creating advanced parallax effects using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It features a dynamic scrolling experience with layered visuals and smooth animations, enhancing user engagement and adding depth to the UI.
