This repository is composed of a R markdown file (converted to html) showing how to analyse 18S and 28S amplicons of microsporidia and protist parasites, obtained from insect hosts DNA and a Nanopore PCR-based sequencing approach.
A Qiime2 workflow is presented with command and figures examples. You can download the html file to view it on your PC.
