Transitioning to making memories in program logic statements more binding-like by assuring uniqueness.

Should hopefully make it easier to have things like nested program logic statements.

The next to latest commit passes the tests (No surprise, since I didn't add a fresh memory anywhere yet)

The latest commit fails. It seems like somehow the hoare statement gets its memory set back to the hardcoded value, but I don't see where this could be happening.
