This PR fixes #1.

Summary

• As we are changing the proving backend and blockchain interaction, we should update ci checks.
• Because this repo is a fork, so i added a contribution.md to guide how to push a pr.

Changes

• Ignore integration test for both mock prover and real prover.
• Add contribution.md
