Departure Time and Energy Amount have defaults specified in the EvManager manifest.yaml file, which will be used unless other values are passed in as part of the iso_start_v2g_session command -1 can be passed into the iso_start_v2g_session command in order to enforce use of the defaults Signed-off-by: Abby Wheelis <Abigail.Wheelis@nrel.gov>
