Engineered a two-pass humanization engine using FastAPI and LLaMA 3.3 70B, delivering results in under 3 seconds. Atomic PostgreSQL RPC functions, and a multi-layer prompt injection sanitization pipeline. Deployed a decoupledVanilla JS frontend on Vercel with a Dockerized FastAPI backend on HuggingFace Spaces, backed by Supabase for auth, RLS-enforced data access, and usage-tracked free and premium tiers

OmniMed is a unified diagnostic suite for Neurology (MRI), Orthopaedics (X-ray), and Dermatology (Skin) built with PyTorch and Next.js. It utilizes a Singleton Model-Loading architecture to reduce peak VRAM usage by 57%, enabling high-fidelity clinical inference on standard 6GB GPUs. The system eliminates OOM crashes through dynamic CUDA cache management while providing explainable insights via Grad-CAM visual verification.
