Visitor of the event

• Create account and log in
• Once you logged in, you will be redirected to the floor plan
• By zooming out, you can see the different floors of the event
• By zooming in on a floor, you can see the different rooms you can visit
• You can visit a room by clicking on it
• Once you are in a room, you can see other people that are also in that room
• On the right, you can see a list of the users in that room and also search for users (their picture will be highlighted)
• If you want to start a conversation, you can click on another user

You can choose to start three types of conversations:

Private: no one else can join
Open: others can ask if they can join
Public: everyone can join (without asking for permission)

If someone invites you for a conversation, you can either accept or decline

• If you want to join a conversation, you can click on any of the participants in that conversation

If applicable, a request to join will then be sent

• You can see whether people are in a conversation by the location of their avatar

Avatars automatically move towards eachother once a conversation starts

Admin of the event

• The admin should create a floor plan in sozi. The file that sozi generates should be pasted in the src of iframe
• Invite people to the event
