General dupe fix

Personal release used on my server - use at your own risk.
Should fix most dupe bugs by always saving changes to shulkerboxes as they happen, not only when you close them.

Also includes fixes for cursor items being deleted when opening a shulker, and the inventory desync (the inventory not updating until you click in it).
