1: Telemetry

This version of the system should run pretty smoothly. Originally I planned to have some misbehaving microservice, but that was causing far too many problems with minikube (ie it was bringing the mesh down as well).

There will be an additional :6 tag to demonstrate what happens if header propagation isn't performed.

I expect that :6 will form the basis of the next set of images, for the traffic management system.

No propagation

A sidetrack to show that if you don't manually propagate the x- headers, then distributed tracing somewhat "falls apart".

The next session will revert back to the propagated headers.
