This reverts commit 31880ff.
Rather than manually copying/setting shebang, leverage python packaging entry_points. Install everything, because the number of dependent parts of the library is much larger now, and when we were only building spotfinder we didn't need to build the other parts.

Call the GPU indexer from the service, if a unit cell has been provided and the fast-feedback-indexer is available, and send on the results.
