Summary

  • Re-sign the isolated copy of the macOS app executable ad hoc before probing host discovery, since its original bundle signature seals the missing Info.plist.
  • Include the executable path in host-discovery probe failures.
  • Add regression coverage for signed bundle integrity and the isolated copy; document the behavior.

Validation

  • macOS PowerShell tests: 150 passed.
  • Built and packaged the macOS ARM64 and Intel release binaries with all host capability checks enabled; verified the app signatures.
