Webcam_drawing

In this project I have used libraries-Numpy,Open-CV and Collections library.You need a blue tip (which acts as pen here) for scribbling something which is to be diplayed in your monitor screen.For setting up paint interface I used Open CV extensively for rectangles and text.Then image is continuously captured(the program is continuously run) in a while loop until Q is pressed.It consists of several boxes on top, which has 3 different types of colour pens and one box to clear the screen completely.It can help children to sribble and make sketches and drawings which will be displayed in monitor screen.Also it can be used to write and present some presentation , all suggestions for improvements are welcomed.
