The GitHub wiki is disabled (hasWikiEnabled: false), so the post-release "Update wiki release status" step no longer applies. docs/PUBLICATION_AND_PRIVACY.md already records the wiki as disabled. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The GitHub wiki is now disabled (
hasWikiEnabled: false), so the post-release "Update wiki release status when needed." step indocs/RELEASE_TEMPLATE.mdis moot. Removes that one line.docs/PUBLICATION_AND_PRIVACY.mdalready recordswiki: disabled, which is accurate and stays. No other wiki references remain in the active tree.Docs only.
