The "Common output template" section in SKILL.md spells out a section-by-section blueprint skeleton that's already covered by the "MVP output structure" in references/mvp-agent-blueprint.md.
The inline version has 12 sections. The reference file has the fuller 15. So the inline copy is a smaller subset of the canonical structure.
Suggested fix: replace the inline skeleton with a pointer to the "MVP output structure" in mvp-agent-blueprint.md, so there's one canonical structure to maintain.
