Terra 6: Everything is Blue

About the PR

• Recolors Sec to be Bluesec now
• Redesign Medbay a little bit
• Got rid of the option to spawn/join in as Surgeon while we don't have surgery for the time being.

Why / Balance

Since sec colors are now blue, decals needed to be updated. Also changed up med to have 1 extra bed (since I know folks tend to prefer that over cryo) and fix the issue on one of the firelocks not closing properly for gasleaks (smartfridge is airtight, plasma in pic not included of course, was just to showcase the firelocks)
