Why / Balance
learning good
I will note on imp these are time locked, whre if you have too much playtime you can't take them. But we don't have that for any role so i removed it.
TODO code debt of resprite the HOS PAI I know it's red but I don't have the patience for libresprite copy and paste 6 colors in the color replacer menu 5 times or whatever
