This will allow E2E tests to use this file to test successful file fetching. The existing test passes because we expect the one we change to fail. The reason will just be different - it will fail now for the file not being found because we look at the version in the commit. After this is merged, it will fail for the expected reason, and we can add further assertions to make sure this is the case.
