What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

This PR updates the email subscriptions section of the Status Pages documentation to:

  • Clarify that users can choose to subscribe to the entire status page or select specific components to monitor
  • Document that users can manage their subscription preferences and update their selections at any time via the management link in notification emails
  • Add screenshot of the subscription modal
