What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Removes the legacy auto multiline doc from the navigation as we don't want customers stumbling upon it. It is still linked from the current documentation for users on older Agent versions.
Also fix the alert box on the legacy page to only be one line to avoid breaking formatting.
Deletes some excess whitespace. Best reviewed with whitespace changes ignored.
