About The Pull Request

A ton of slightly unatomic changes to prefs to prevent having to reset sheets more then once. (because im tweaking alot here and some of them functionally require a reset)

Goals of the PR.

• Tweak some of the backend to keep better track of how points were spent so it can be reversed better and avoid exploits
• Implement the 7/5/3, 13/9/5 split that abilitles and attributes do.
• Setup a framework for powers (disciplines and gifts) to act as stats and work within the freebie point system.
• Add/convert wolp stats. (gnosis, rage, primal-urge, rituals, mabye even the renown?)
• Remove that fuggin .Copy from transferring prefs to mob. prob port part of https://github.com/The-Final-Nights/The-Final-Nights-Rebase/pull/299/changes
• Replace the system that grants extra disc dots to high age vampires into one that grants xp/freebie points
