即可提取目标版本的音效包
从1.19.3（22w42a）开始，散列资源文件的版本命名改为自增的编号。 软件中显示的版本号并不准确。

本程序只能提取1.8版本或之后的音效，在更早的版本中，音效的储存方式与现在不同
