This was removed in version 3.3.0RC1 in 2012 so should not be relevant anymore by now.
They were actually leading to double password reading in the `load` command.
There was no easy way to do this, besides also completely dropping and recreating an empty database.
This makes it easily available to admins.

This was used for only setting default configuration on first installation, but irrelevant since 77932de.
