Open Web Studio configuration publish history view and editor

This module does utilize a CKeditor (http://ckeditor.com/) to save an extended description of the module. This editor is initialized in the header of the module.
Additionally, this module utilizes a custom table, OpenWebStudio_Manual - the script for creating such table is included.
