Propagate events

Every Event that is received should be sent out again.

• A number of Lagotto instances can be registered in the configuriation, along with keys. All events are sent on using the Lagotto Deposit API
• A simple non-production Websocket channel only for demos.
• There may be other protocols (such as those that integrate with future events)
