Sorry for the lack of feedback. We might consider adding this to the next release, but chances are we would need to manually merge it due to the inclusion of libs & docs. |

This came about as a result of my work with EaselJS back in May 2015. We needed to display elliptical arcs (without trying to anisotropically scale circular arcs -- that results in some undesired side effects).
