docs(program): refresh Chat v1 P2 shell record after upstream landing

Summary

• Docs-only refresh of the Chat v1 Phase 2 chat shell working record (bead cave-ff3j6): adds a dated second verification pass (2026-08-30T15:01Z) to docs/superpowers/plans/2026-08-30-chat-v1-phase-2-chat-shell-status.md — one file, +26/−0, no code.
• Re-verified against current heads: OpenCoven/chat main is still b3146263e (2026-08-30T09:46:58Z) and OpenCoven/sdk main still 66edd4d9d — zero commits since the morning pass, so every recorded tree observation carries over by head identity. coven-cave main advanced dacbe6173 → bdbf97159 via Upstream CompleteDotTech main changes OpenCoven/coven-cave#5211 (the record sync that landed this very file upstream at 11:42:49Z) and Bake absolute node path into the beads-jsonl merge driver OpenCoven/coven-cave#5212 (git-hooks tooling) — neither is Chat v1 P2 implementation.
• Search remains unclaimed across all three repos: no conversations/search route on main (src/app/api/client/v1/conversations/ unchanged) and searchConversations code search returns 0 hits in OpenCoven/sdk and OpenCoven/chat. Issue

Refs OpenCoven#4837 — working-record refresh only; the issue stays open until the shell lane closes in OpenCoven/chat (per the record's Handoff section), so no Closes keyword.

• Local: node scripts/check-conflict-markers.mjs — pass (docs-only diff; lint/typecheck/test suites do not exercise .md files)
• Local: diff review — 1 file, +26/−0; refresh table renders 7 rows × 4 columns; all claims carry REST/git evidence links and timestamps
• CI: path-aware PR checks run (documentation-only baseline contracts) on the PR head

Vehicle note: opened in the fork CompleteDotTech/coven-cave as the CI vehicle — this token cannot write to OpenCoven/coven-cave. Re-target upstream once write access is restored. Refs OpenCoven#4837.
