Additions
New set of laser sounds to replace the current sound used by the laser carbine.
References
Sounds were built off of these source files as a base with additional processing done in audacity by me:

Reasoning
The current laser sounds feel very anemic compared to other weapons and lack the presence to make lasers feel distinct. I wanted to give lasers a more distinct presence on the battlefield. Specific goal wise I wanted a distinct attack (the pop) to define shots, while giving it a fairly classic laser pew given the relatively low power present.
Alternatives
I have a set of alternate versions with a more pronounced initial attack and pop that can be seen on the discord.

I went with this version because while I think the more distinct pop sounds better at low rates of fire, this is being used for a rapidly firing gun and with rimworld's sound system the pop tends to get over emphasized in full auto fire, especially with multiple weapons.
