Changes

• Increment version number.
• Fix some shell ranges. I'd revised them for testing purposes and accidentally committed them along with other changes.
• Reduce world map speed of the S8 rocket.
• Fix up some Grimworld 40k patches.
  • Hediff moved from Scattered Sons to Core Imperialis
  • SoundDef name tweaked for the Mk 4. lascarbine in Regiments.
  • In Talons, switchable melee weapons reconfigured to have the tools (mostly) in the parent.

Reasoning

• Some testing values that got mixed into the commit. Reverting them to previous values.

Alternatives

• Super long range mortars.
• Super fast unguided rocket.

Testing

Check tests you have performed:

• Compiles without warnings
• Game runs without errors
• (For compatibility patches) ...with and without patched mod loaded
• Playtested a colony (specify how long)
