Automatic questions updation.

Changes =>
Functionality to show user code for 2 times for his session has been done
Current implementation takes care of number of times button clicked within frontend side and hence refreshing page
resets the number of times user can see code.
But the functionality works for out purpose.
If needed, it can be stored later on backend database by altering user model and hence ensuring 2 chances only per user.

- Number of chances given to user to see code shifted to Backend
side in order to prevent fooling by refreshing page and getting back 2 attempts
- Refactored app.js file, made it modular
- Removed unnecessary instructions from html file.
