t_a8247838. Portal 'Where we are' card split out as B2. mac-ai secret fallthrough fixed (secretForActor is now an explicit per-actor switch). DRAFT on purpose: Scotty's three 08-27 findings (past-dated projection, mac-ai user seed, Prisma migration for the schema.prisma change) are not yet verified in this batch - fix-plan 02 committed what was loose on disk so it cannot be lost, and left those for the next worker on the card.
