[Script] Disable echo and exit if curl fails

Does this provide any sort of feedback that the script failed other than setting ERRORLEVEL to 1? If it just closes CMD, users might think it completed successfully

@rcmaehl, while this method keeps the one-liner for curl (which can be changed), it will not exit CMD, just the script, thanks to the /b parameter of EXIT.

Also, @echo off will just turn off command-line input. Output will still be displayed.
