feat(spa): Add HubSpot Marketing SPA for Bounty

This pull request introduces the new HubSpot-inspired marketing automation SPA, fulfilling all requirements for the bounty.

Features Implemented:

• Marketing Dashboard: Summarizes campaign performance and lead funnel.
• Campaign Manager: Kanban board with drag-and-drop for managing campaign stages.
• Email Designer: Simple editor for creating and saving email templates.
• Contacts CRM: Searchable contact list with a detailed view for managing lifecycle stage, owner, and notes.
• Automation Log: A feed that records key events like campaign starts, lead conversions, and email sends.

Technical Details:

• Built with Vite, React, and TypeScript.
• Uses @chakra-dev/dojo-hooks for all state management via a central AppContext.
• Includes comprehensive mock data for full offline functionality.
• Responsive layout tested at 1280px and 1440px.
