  • make this library ready for state transition

has to switch to ChainSafe/hashtree-z#1 in order to support macos arm, this happens on consumer project only
need to add CI to this project to detect this error earlier (by adding more platforms to CI), also allow to configure a separate hasher like what we did in ssz-js
