This is WIP project that will require live testing and feedback from both people playing as necromancer and people fighting against them.
The idea is to push necromancer more into the gimmick they were always supposed to be
A dangerous force capable of spitting out undead forces to overwhelm their foes
The state of the Necromancer wretch right now is by now means a BAD one, But it could be more. This aims to help that out by upgrading Necromancer skeletons into better new variants with fucked up new Zizo tabards and shields. They are no longer the 3CON pushovers they used to be and are more in line with the stats of medium-spread skeletons one can find around the map.
They wear only iron gear and use iron weapons while leaving exposed spots on their bodies for people to exploit, such all necks, most of their faces and a lack of bracers.
In addition all of the summoning spells of the necromancer had their charge times and cooldowns as well as stam usage reduced to make them somewhat more spamable to compensate the fact skeleton AI will freak the fuck out if there is more than one enemy on screen.
The above should allow a necromancer to more reliably trust their summons to defend them instead of having to do the song and dance of running away while backfiring spells.
My hope is that if AI at some point becomes less finicky and then someone can give me some aid we could create a new major arcana for necromancers specifically, thus reducing their damaging spells choice down and allowing the necro to fully rely on their skeletons for damage, Something they can hardly do now unless they have been stockpiling them at a location.
This PR also gives necromancer the secular diagnostic ability to allow for Bonechill to be somewhat more useful.
The ability COULD potentially be removed once i figure out how to make Bonechill a full body heal and not a bodypart targeted one.
Lastly PLAYER summoned skeletons should now be FORTIFIED SKELETONS from the Lich summon lich, Allowing for a much nicer variety of choices for players to go for instead of being stuck with weak ass baby skeletons that start with poopy stuff. It also gives them the choice to grab the pristine Zizo tabard when spawning.
My plan is to gather people often for a few weeks to give this a lot of testing and playing, So people who like to fight and conflict can give me their opinions and tips on if the changes are too much or too little.
