[Docs] - Create docs for G2S feature

1. Need to create docs on how G2S is working end to end.
2. Provide URLs to G2S MATLAB code and the paper (if available publicly) for future reference purposes. This is especially required since the implementation we have in this repository uses arbitrary function names that would make more sense if we have the MATLAB codebase and the paper (if available publicly) in our context
