Implement missing 6502 instructions

Implemented a large number of missing 6502 instructions including logical (ORA, EOR, BIT), arithmetic (DEC, INC), stack (PHP, PLP), jump/branch (JMP, JSR, RTS), and others. Also fixed BRK and PLP implementation bugs found during review.
